This Return Policy explains the cancellation, refund, and programme change terms applicable to corporate health challenge products purchased from Ligamentsghflexi through ligamentsghflexi.world or via direct agreement. Our products include the Sprint Step Challenge, Balance Break Program, Vitality Year Pass, and any custom challenge configurations based on these packages.

1. Nature of Our Products

Corporate health challenges are digital and service-based programmes delivered over a defined period. Unlike physical goods, our products involve setup, portal configuration, onboarding materials, live sessions where included, and ongoing administration. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the delivery stage at the time of cancellation and the specific terms in your service agreement.

2. Business-to-Business Transactions

Our corporate health challenge programs are sold to organisations for employee participation. The European Union right of withdrawal for consumers within fourteen days generally does not apply to contracts between businesses. Individual employees participating in a challenge are not contracting parties; cancellation requests must come from the authorised client representative who purchased the program.

3. Cancellation Before Program Start

If a Client cancels a confirmed corporate health challenge before the scheduled start date, the following refund schedule applies unless otherwise specified in the service agreement:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to team@ligamentsghflexi.world with the organisation name, program purchased, scheduled start date, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and process eligible refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation After Program Start

Once a corporate health challenge has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable because delivery has begun. Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances at our discretion:

For the Vitality Year Pass, if cancellation occurs after one quarterly challenge has been delivered, refunds cover only the remaining undelivered quarters, calculated pro-rata minus a ten percent administrative fee.

5. Program Postponement

Clients may request to postpone a scheduled corporate health challenge start date once without penalty if the request is received at least fourteen calendar days before the original start date and the new date falls within ninety days. A second postponement may incur a rescheduling fee of one hundred fifty euros to cover reconfiguration. Postponement requests should be sent to team@ligamentsghflexi.world.

6. Package Changes and Upgrades

Clients may upgrade from Sprint Step Challenge to Balance Break Program or add modules before the program start date by paying the price difference. Downgrades after confirmation but before start may be subject to the cancellation schedule in Section 3. Mid-program upgrades are evaluated case by case and may be prorated.

We are committed to the quality of our corporate health challenge programs. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of delivery, contact us promptly at team@ligamentsghflexi.world or +31611380835 so we can investigate and propose a fair resolution. This may include additional support sessions, extended access to the participant portal, or partial credit toward a future program in lieu of a cash refund where appropriate.

9. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment chargeback so we can resolve disputes directly. Unjustified chargebacks for delivered corporate health challenge services may result in suspension of access to our portal and refusal of future engagements pending resolution.

10. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Bank transfers may take three to ten business days to appear depending on financial institutions. Credit to a future Ligamentsghflexi program may be offered as an alternative with the Client's agreement and does not expire for twelve months from issue.

11. Participant Withdrawal

Individual employees may withdraw from participation in a corporate health challenge according to their employer's internal policies. Ligamentsghflexi does not provide refunds to individual participants because programs are purchased by client organisations. Data associated with withdrawn participants is handled per our Privacy Policy and the client data processing agreement.

12. Dutch Law

This Return Policy is governed by Dutch law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived. For disputes not resolved through direct communication, the terms in our Terms of Use regarding jurisdiction apply.
